Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently collect and validate fares, issue tickets, and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting passengers with enquiries, directions, and general information.
- Ensure passenger safety and comfort, offering assistance to those with special needs, disabilities, or pushchairs.
- Communicate effectively with the bus driver to ensure smooth and timely operations.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming environment on the bus for all passengers.
- Handle minor passenger complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
- Report any incidents, accidents, or mechanical issues to the appropriate channels.
- Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and public transport guidelines at all times.
