Successful candidates will demonstrate a thorough understanding of road safety procedures, possess a valid PCV (Passenger Carrying Vehicle) license, and have a proven track record of professional driving, ideally within a public transport setting. You will be comfortable working independently, making sound decisions under pressure, while simultaneously being an integral part of a larger, supportive team committed to operational excellence. Our routes cover both urban and suburban areas of Glasgow, requiring adaptability, strong geographical knowledge of the local area, and excellent navigational skills. We foster a culture of continuous improvement and provide ongoing training to ensure our drivers are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills, from defensive driving techniques and fuel-efficient driving to advanced customer service excellence. If you are passionate about connecting communities, thrive in a dynamic, people-focused environment, and are committed to delivering outstanding service, we encourage you to apply and steer your career in a rewarding direction with Hiring.zycto.
