Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and align stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical teams (developers, QA) to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Support the full project lifecycle, from ideation through implementation and post-launch evaluation.
- Perform data analysis to support decision-making and identify trends.
- Assist in creating test plans and validating solutions against requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users as needed.
- Research and recommend best practices and innovative solutions.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Expertise in requirements gathering techniques (interviews, workshops, surveys).
- Proficiency in creating documentation such as BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and use cases.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- CBAP, CCBA, or other relevant Business Analysis certifications.

- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
