Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target new business opportunities, markets, and client segments in line with company strategic objectives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to presentation, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their needs and positioning Hiring.zycto's solutions effectively.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product development) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM system with accurate sales activity, pipeline, and forecasting data.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business avenues.
- Represent Hiring.zycto at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 4 years) in B2B business development, sales, or account management.
- Demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and CRM software.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients quickly and effectively.
