Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior cable installers and technicians with the pulling, routing, and securing of various types of cables (e.g., power, data, fiber optic).
- Prepare work sites by setting up tools, equipment, and materials, ensuring a safe and organized environment.
- Handle and transport materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently across the job site.
- Perform basic tasks such as cutting, stripping, and labeling cables under direct supervision.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas and equipment.
- Learn and apply fundamental cable installation techniques and best practices.
- Support testing and troubleshooting activities as instructed by lead technicians.
Required Skills
- Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Working at Heights certification.
