Key Responsibilities
- Carry single or double golf bags for golfers throughout the entire round (typically 9 or 18 holes).
- Provide accurate yardage information and assist players with appropriate club selection based on course conditions and shot requirements.
- Locate golf balls swiftly and efficiently, maintaining the pace of play.
- Replace divots, rake bunkers, and maintain the course's pristine condition by following proper etiquette.
- Offer strategic advice and course knowledge to enhance the golfer's experience and decision-making.
- Anticipate player needs and provide proactive, friendly, and attentive service.
- Clean golf clubs and balls as needed, ensuring equipment is in top condition.
- Adhere to all club rules, regulations, safety standards, and caddie protocols.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing the club with integrity.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the Caddie Master or Golf Operations management.
Required Skills
- Excellent physical stamina and the ability to walk long distances while carrying golf equipment for extended periods.
- Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills to interact positively with golfers and staff.
- Reliable, punctual, and possessing a strong, dedicated work ethic.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
- Foundational knowledge of golf course etiquette, basic rules of golf, and general game flow.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays throughout the golf season (typically April-October).

- Previous caddying or direct experience working in a golf course operations environment is a significant asset.
