Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all training sessions to develop a deep understanding of company products, services, and customer service protocols.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently, under supervision, striving for first-call resolution.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers, addressing their concerns and providing accurate information.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the company's CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior agents or supervisors when necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- Continuously seek to improve personal performance and customer service skills.
