Job Description
As a Call Centre Agent for the Night Shift at Hiring.zycto in Nottingham, you will be the reassuring voice that customers depend on during the late hours. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during night hours (typically 10 PM – 6 AM).
