Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve complaints effectively and courteously.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for further assistance when necessary.
