Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Make outbound calls as required for follow-up, information gathering, or service updates.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicate effectively with other team members and departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through friendly, helpful, and efficient service.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, or office-based role.

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
