Job Description
The Campground Attendant – Seasonal at our Port Union location is a vital front-line role, essential to ensuring our campers enjoy a safe, clean, and memorable outdoor experience. This seasonal position offers a fantastic opportunity to work amidst the natural beauty of the Port Union area, directly contributing to the positive atmosphere of our campground. You will be the friendly face of our operations, welcoming guests, assisting with their needs, and ensuring compliance with campground rules to maintain a harmonious environment for all.
Your days will be diverse, encompassing everything from greeting arriving guests and processing registrations to providing local information and ensuring facilities are tidy. Key Responsibilities
- Greet campers warmly upon arrival, process registrations, and assign campsites.
- Provide information on campground facilities, local attractions, rules, and safety guidelines.
- Conduct regular patrols of the campground to ensure compliance with rules and guest safety.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of common areas, washrooms, and campsites.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Collect fees, issue receipts, and manage daily cash transactions accurately.
- Assist with light maintenance tasks such as litter removal, raking, and minor repairs.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or suspicious activities.
- Ensure all facilities are secure at closing and ready for opening.
- Assist in emergency situations as directed by management.
- Promote a friendly, inclusive, and respectful environment for all guests.

- Valid G driver’s license
