Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and assist with vehicle drop-off and luggage.
- Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles in designated areas.
- Maintain an organized and clean valet parking area.
- Handle car keys with care and maintain a secure key control system.
- Conduct quick visual inspections for existing vehicle damage upon arrival and departure.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures.
- Provide clear directions and information about the property or area.
- Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
- Anticipate guest needs and offer proactive assistance.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, often under varying weather conditions.
Required Skills
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent driving skills, including proficiency in parking various vehicle types (manual and automatic)
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods and lift moderate weight
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a valet, car parker, or in a similar guest service role
