Key Responsibilities
- Perform exterior and interior car cleaning tasks, including washing, waxing, and vacuuming.
- Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently, following all operational guidelines.
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and address any missed spots or special customer requests.
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers and assisting with their needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including tidying up work areas and equipment.
- Handle cleaning agents and equipment according to safety standards and company procedures.
- Assist customers with car wash selection and payment processes as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Be proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
