Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one career coaching sessions with a diverse client base.
- Develop and deliver engaging workshops and presentations on various career development topics (e.g., job search strategies, interview skills, personal branding).
- Assess clients' skills, interests, values, and personality traits to help them identify suitable career paths.
- Assist clients in crafting compelling resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles.
- Provide guidance on effective job search techniques, networking, and salary negotiation.
- Prepare clients for interviews through mock sessions and constructive feedback.
- Help clients develop personalized career action plans with clear, achievable goals.
- Stay updated on labor market trends, industry demands, and best practices in career coaching.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and progress notes.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service offerings and client outcomes.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Career Coach, Consultant, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of career development theories and coaching methodologies.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse individuals.
- In-depth knowledge of job search strategies, resume writing, and interview techniques.
- Proficiency in delivering presentations and facilitating group discussions.
