Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one career coaching sessions with diverse clients to assess needs and goals.
- Develop personalized career development plans, including goal setting and actionable steps.
- Provide expert advice on resume writing, cover letter optimization, and LinkedIn profile enhancement.
- Prepare clients for interviews through mock sessions and constructive feedback on performance.
- Guide clients on effective job search strategies, professional networking, and salary negotiation.
- Research and stay updated on labor market trends, industry insights, and career development best practices.
- Facilitate career workshops and deliver engaging presentations on various career-related topics.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and progress reports using internal systems.
- Collaborate with the wider recruitment team to understand market demands and client needs.
- Offer continuous support and encouragement to clients throughout their career transition process.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in career coaching, counselling, or human resources.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with strong active listening.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and guide individuals from various backgrounds.
- In-depth knowledge of current job search strategies, interview techniques, and resume best practices.
- Familiarity with various industries and prevailing labor market trends.
- Proficiency in using career assessment tools and coaching methodologies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage a diverse caseload.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Career Counselling, HR, Psychology, or a related field.
- Professional coaching certification (e.g., ICF, EMCC, or similar recognized body).
- Experience working with diverse client populations (e.g., graduates, executives, career changers).
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Public speaking and presentation delivery experience to groups of varying sizes.
