Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
- Provide medication reminders and assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as tidying living areas, laundry, and maintaining a clean environment.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities, conversations, and outings.
- Accompany clients to appointments or social engagements, providing safe transportation or escort.
- Monitor and report any changes in client's health, behavior, or living conditions to the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and client observations.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
