Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities such as reading, games, and conversation.
  • Help with light housekeeping tasks, including tidying living areas, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Assist clients with safe mobility and transfers, using assistive devices as needed.
  • Administer medication reminders as per care plan.
  • Accompany clients to appointments or outings, providing safe transportation when required.
  • Observe and report any changes in the client’s physical, mental, or emotional condition to the supervisor.
  • Document care provided and client observations accurately and timely.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring client confidentiality and privacy.
