Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities such as reading, games, and conversation.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks, including tidying living areas, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Assist clients with safe mobility and transfers, using assistive devices as needed.
- Administer medication reminders as per care plan.
- Accompany clients to appointments or outings, providing safe transportation when required.
- Observe and report any changes in the client’s physical, mental, or emotional condition to the supervisor.
- Document care provided and client observations accurately and timely.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring client confidentiality and privacy.
