Key Responsibilities
- Execute professional carpet cleaning services for residential and commercial clients using company-provided equipment and methods.
- Prepare work areas, including carefully moving furniture and setting up protective barriers to ensure property safety.
- Apply pre-treatment solutions, operate advanced carpet cleaning machines, and perform post-cleaning procedures as thoroughly trained.
- Inspect cleaned areas rigorously to ensure high standards of quality, spotlessness, and complete customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and properly care for company vehicles, equipment, and supplies, ensuring they are always in excellent working order.
- Communicate effectively and courteously with clients regarding service expectations, processes, and achieving desired results.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and clients.
- Work collaboratively and efficiently with team members to ensure timely and effective job completion on all projects.
Required Skills
