Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of catering events, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and buffet stations.
- Support the culinary team with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables, plating dishes, and portioning ingredients, under supervision.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all catering areas, including kitchens, serving lines, and dining spaces.
- Replenish food, beverages, and supplies throughout events as needed.
- Operate and clean basic kitchen and serving equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and needs promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate effectively with the catering team and event staff to ensure seamless event execution.
- Assist with post-event cleaning, dishwashing, and proper storage of equipment and supplies.
