Key Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor multiple CCTV feeds to detect and identify suspicious activities, security incidents, or potential threats.
- Accurately document all observed events, anomalies, and incidents, including timestamps, descriptions, and actions taken.
- Communicate effectively and promptly with security personnel, law enforcement, or management regarding detected incidents.
- Operate and troubleshoot surveillance equipment, ensuring all systems are functioning correctly.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, security protocols, and legal guidelines regarding surveillance and data privacy.
- Assist in retrieving recorded footage for investigations as requested.
- Maintain a high level of vigilance and attention to detail throughout shifts.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
