Key Responsibilities
- Conduct continuous, proactive surveillance of all CCTV monitors across designated areas.
- Identify and promptly report any suspicious activities, security breaches, or potential threats to relevant personnel and authorities.
- Operate and manage advanced CCTV equipment, including PTZ cameras, digital recording systems, and incident management software.
- Meticulously log all incidents, observations, and actions taken, ensuring accurate and detailed record-keeping.
- Review and retrieve CCTV footage for investigations, providing clear and concise evidence when required.
- Liaise effectively with on-site security teams, management, and emergency services during critical incidents.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information and footage obtained through surveillance activities.
- Adhere to all company policies, security procedures, and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Conduct regular system checks to ensure all CCTV equipment is fully operational and report any malfunctions.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of security protocols and operational procedures.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a CCTV Operator or in a similar surveillance role.
- Exceptional observational skills with a keen eye for detail and identifying anomalies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for accurate reporting and clear liaison.
- Proficient in operating CCTV systems, surveillance software, and general IT applications.
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and decisive under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications
- Valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) CCTV Licence.
- Previous experience in a high-security environment.

- First Aid certification.
