Job Description
Hiring.zycto is seeking an exceptional Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead our revenue generation strategies and accelerate our market expansion. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue generation strategy to drive aggressive growth and market share expansion.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing global sales, business development, and account management team.
- Define and implement sales processes, methodologies, and KPIs to optimize performance and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with Marketing to align sales and marketing strategies, optimize lead generation, and enhance brand positioning.
- Work closely with Product Development to inform product roadmap based on market needs and customer feedback.
- Oversee accurate revenue forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
- Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and channels for growth.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and expansion initiatives, focusing on customer lifetime value.
- Cultivate and maintain key strategic client relationships and represent the company at industry events.
- Ensure alignment and synergy across all revenue-generating departments.
Required Skills
- 15+ years of progressive experience in sales and business development leadership, with at least 5 years in a CRO or VP Sales executive role.
- Proven track record of scaling revenue significantly (e.g., 2-3x growth) in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Deep expertise in developing and executing go-to-market strategies and sales methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on coaching, motivation, and talent development.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Expertise in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and large enterprise accounts.
