Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome patients, ensuring a comfortable and positive first impression.
- Manage patient scheduling, appointments, and confirm future visits efficiently.
- Prepare treatment rooms before and after patient use, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Assist chiropractors during patient examinations, therapies, and treatment sessions.
- Accurately complete and manage patient intake forms, medical records, and billing documentation.
- Educate patients on home care instructions, exercises, and wellness programs as directed by the chiropractor.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Process patient payments, manage billing procedures, and reconcile daily transactions.
- Maintain general clinic cleanliness, stock supplies, and ensure a presentable environment.
- Support the overall clinic operations to ensure smooth patient flow and administrative efficiency.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
