Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, examinations, and diagnostic assessments.
- Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based chiropractic treatment plans.
- Perform diversified chiropractic adjustments and other manual therapies.
- Educate patients on proper posture, ergonomics, exercise, and nutritional advice.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals for integrated patient care.
- Participate in clinic meetings, continuous professional development, and community outreach.
- Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction and foster long-term patient relationships.
- Adhere to all provincial and federal regulations governing chiropractic practice.
Required Skills
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution.
- Current active license to practice chiropractic in Ontario.
- Malpractice insurance.
- Proficiency in diversified adjusting techniques.
- Excellent diagnostic and clinical reasoning skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
- Patient-centered approach with a commitment to ethical practice.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of clinical experience as a practicing Chiropractor.
- Experience with various soft tissue techniques (e.g., Graston, ART).
- Certification or advanced training in specific chiropractic techniques or modalities.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- A track record of building and retaining patient relationships.
- Fluency in additional languages relevant to the Toronto community.
