Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, develop, and execute original choreographic pieces aligned with project themes and artistic vision, spanning various genres and platforms.
- Direct and rehearse dancers and performers, providing clear, constructive instruction, nuanced feedback, and inspiring artistic guidance.
- Collaborate intimately with directors, producers, designers (costume, set, lighting), musicians, and other creative team members to ensure a cohesive artistic outcome.
- Adapt choreography for diverse performance spaces, mediums (e.g., stage, screen, virtual reality), and target audience demographics, ensuring maximum impact.
- Contribute to casting decisions and talent selection processes, identifying individuals who best embody the artistic requirements of a piece.
- Manage choreographic timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively, ensuring project milestones are met with precision and artistic integrity.
