Key Responsibilities
- Develop and choreograph original circus acts, incorporating unique artistic concepts and narratives.
- Perform various circus disciplines with exceptional skill, precision, and stage presence.
- Collaborate effectively with artistic directors, choreographers, costume designers, and fellow performers to achieve cohesive show narratives.
- Maintain peak physical condition and continuously train to refine existing skills and master new techniques.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and equipment standards during rehearsals and performances.
- Participate actively in creative brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas for new shows and acts.
- Engage with audiences and maintain a professional demeanor both on and off stage.
- Assist with the setup, maintenance, and teardown of performance equipment as needed.
- Attend all required rehearsals, training sessions, and show calls punctually.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, fostering creativity and mutual respect.
Required Skills
- Mastery in at least two circus disciplines (e.g., aerial arts, acrobatics, juggling, contortion, clowning, manipulation).
- Proven experience in developing and performing original creative acts.
- Exceptional stage presence, charisma, and the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Outstanding physical fitness, flexibility, strength, and endurance.
- Strong improvisational skills and adaptability to dynamic performance environments.
