Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in designated areas.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms and kitchenettes, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Empty waste bins and dispose of waste in accordance with company and client recycling policies.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to a streak-free finish.
- Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels as needed.
- Operate and maintain various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., vacuum cleaners, floor buffers).
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, including COSHH guidelines, and company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or stock deficiencies observed on the premises promptly.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard within allocated timeframes.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and secure cleaning cupboard, ensuring all equipment is stored correctly.
Required Skills
- Proven reliability and exceptional punctuality, especially for early morning shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and a thorough, meticulous approach to cleaning tasks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods).
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and their safe and effective use.
- Ability to follow instructions and established safety procedures precisely.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (at least 6 months) as a cleaner or in a similar facilities management role.
