Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and trash removal.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and kitchen areas, ensuring high standards of hygiene.
- Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or hazards observed during cleaning tasks.
- Adhere strictly to established cleaning schedules and routines.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects as needed, under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work cart and storage areas.
Required Skills
- Reliability and strong punctuality.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform duties requiring bending, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of health and safety practices, or a willingness to learn.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
