Key Responsibilities
- Shadow and assist experienced cleaning supervisors in daily operations and team management.
- Learn and apply best practices for various cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
- Participate in scheduling, assigning tasks, and monitoring the performance of cleaning staff.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are consistently met.
- Assist in training new cleaning personnel on company procedures and standards.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Report maintenance needs and address minor issues promptly.
