Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in a structured training program covering all aspects of commercial cleaning and supervisory duties.
- Shadow and assist Cleaning Supervisors in overseeing daily cleaning operations at various client sites.
- Learn and apply company cleaning standards, health and safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, and sanitization.
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Learn to operate and maintain various cleaning machines and tools safely and effectively.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients under the guidance of a supervisor.
- Support the training and guidance of junior cleaning staff as directed by a supervisor.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or security concerns to the appropriate channels.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and productive team environment.
