Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all training sessions and learn supervisor duties and operational procedures.
- Assist in coordinating and overseeing daily cleaning operations under the guidance of experienced supervisors.
- Learn and implement quality control checks to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are met.
- Help manage cleaning schedules, assign tasks to team members, and monitor their performance.
