Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in all training modules covering cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
  • Shadow experienced Cleaning Supervisors to learn best practices in team leadership, scheduling, and quality control.
  • Assist in the supervision and coordination of cleaning staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and client specifications.
  • Conduct routine inspections of cleaned areas, identifying and addressing any deficiencies.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper maintenance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and management regarding cleaning schedules, issues, and requests.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
  • Support in training new cleaning personnel, demonstrating proper procedures and techniques.
  • Contribute to problem-solving and process improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency and quality.
