Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured training program to learn all aspects of cleaning supervision.
  • Assist Cleaning Supervisors in overseeing daily cleaning operations across various sites.
  • Learn and apply advanced cleaning techniques, safety standards, and company protocols.
  • Support in scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring the performance of cleaning teams.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
  • Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Learn to handle client requests and address operational issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Provide guidance and support to cleaning staff under supervision.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, supplies used, and team attendance.
