Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured training program to learn all aspects of cleaning supervision.
- Assist Cleaning Supervisors in overseeing daily cleaning operations across various sites.
- Learn and apply advanced cleaning techniques, safety standards, and company protocols.
- Support in scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring the performance of cleaning teams.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Learn to handle client requests and address operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Provide guidance and support to cleaning staff under supervision.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, supplies used, and team attendance.
