Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in a structured training program to understand all aspects of cleaning operations and supervision.
- Assist Cleaning Supervisors in coordinating daily cleaning schedules and task assignments for team members.
- Learn and apply best practices for quality control, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are met across all sites.
- Support the management of cleaning supplies and equipment, including inventory checks and reordering processes.
- Develop skills in effective communication and conflict resolution to foster a positive team environment.
- Shadow experienced supervisors to learn about client interaction, issue resolution, and service delivery.
- Contribute to training new cleaning staff on company procedures, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Report any operational issues, maintenance needs, or client feedback to senior management promptly.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and/or French).
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties and stand/walk for extended periods.
