Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior Cleaning Supervisors in daily operational tasks, including scheduling and task delegation.
- Learn and implement best practices for cleaning and sanitation across various facility types.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure cleaning standards are consistently met or exceeded.
- Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring availability and proper use.
- Support the recruitment, training, and ongoing development of cleaning staff.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Assist in handling client requests and addressing any cleaning-related concerns promptly and professionally.
- Learn to prepare reports on team performance, attendance, and operational efficiency.
