Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior Cleaning Supervisors in daily operational tasks, including scheduling and task delegation.
  • Learn and implement best practices for cleaning and sanitation across various facility types.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure cleaning standards are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring availability and proper use.
  • Support the recruitment, training, and ongoing development of cleaning staff.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
  • Assist in handling client requests and addressing any cleaning-related concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Learn to prepare reports on team performance, attendance, and operational efficiency.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging productivity and morale.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
