Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize physical and electronic files, ensuring accuracy and easy retrieval.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls, directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain databases with up-to-date information.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments and staff members.
  • Operate and maintain office equipment such as photocopiers, scanners, and fax machines.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation as required.
  • Prepare meeting rooms and assist with event coordination.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a clerical or administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
