Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions to client issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document all client communications and resolutions meticulously in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations) to resolve complex client requests and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our services.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and contribute to process improvements.
  • Support senior Client Relations Managers with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
