Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of client accounts, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Onboard new clients effectively, ensuring successful product adoption and initial value realization.
  • Proactively identify client needs and potential challenges, offering solutions and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a cohesive and excellent client experience.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling within the existing client base.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to track progress, demonstrate ROI, and strategize future success.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within SaaS.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client challenges.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Customer Success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, ChurnZero).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on client value and business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience working with B2B clients in the technology or software industry.
  • Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer health and retention.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially French or other relevant languages for the Canadian market.
