Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients, assisting with check-in and initial paperwork.
- Prepare examination rooms before and after patient appointments, ensuring cleanliness and adequate supplies.
- Assist clinical staff with patient flow management and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, both digital and physical.
- Answer phone calls, address patient inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Ensure the waiting area and common spaces are tidy and welcoming.
- Sanitize medical equipment and surfaces according to established protocols.
- Manage inventory of clinical supplies and alert staff when reordering is necessary.
