Key Responsibilities

  • Provide initial technical support and troubleshooting for cloud-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Document, track, and monitor customer issues to ensure timely resolution and follow-up.
  • Escalate complex technical problems to senior support engineers or relevant internal teams when necessary.
  • Assist clients with basic configuration and setup tasks for cloud services.
  • Learn and apply best practices for cloud support, adhering to company service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops to enhance cloud knowledge and technical skills.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of internal knowledge base articles and customer-facing FAQs.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve overall support processes.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in IT or related field is an asset.
