Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all commercial aspects of construction projects from pre-construction to final account.
- Develop and implement robust commercial strategies to ensure project profitability and risk mitigation.
- Negotiate and administer complex contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance and favorable terms.
- Conduct comprehensive cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for projects.
- Identify, assess, and manage commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present commercial reports, variations, and claims, ensuring clear communication and justifications.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, procurement, and legal teams to achieve project objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to promote collaboration and resolve disputes effectively.
- Mentor and develop junior commercial staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and commercial awareness.

Required Skills
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in commercial management within the construction industry.
