Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive communications strategies for press and digital channels.
- Draft compelling press releases, media advisories, key messages, and thought leadership articles.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts, journalists, and industry influencers.
- Monitor media coverage, analyse sentiment, and report on PR effectiveness.
- Manage and create engaging content for all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Oversee website content updates, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and SEO best practices.
- Execute email marketing campaigns, from content creation to audience segmentation and performance analysis.
- Support internal communications initiatives as needed, ensuring consistent messaging across the organisation.
- Assist in crisis communication planning and response.
- Track and report on communications KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, sales) to ensure integrated campaign delivery.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a communications, PR, or digital marketing role.
- Proven track record in media relations and securing positive press coverage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
