Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Assist with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), including light housekeeping, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and running errands.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities, conversations, and outings to promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or living conditions to appropriate supervisory staff.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized living environment for clients, identifying and addressing potential hazards.
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment as needed.
- Administer medication reminders as per client care plan and company policy.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided and client observations.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with clients, their families, and other care team members.
