Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of community outreach events, workshops, and informational sessions.
- Manage and update community databases, contact lists, and event calendars to ensure accurate and timely communication.
- Support the creation and distribution of engaging content for various communication channels, including social media, newsletters, and flyers.
- Act as a primary point of contact for community inquiries, providing accurate information and directing individuals to appropriate resources.
- Help identify community needs and trends through informal surveys, feedback collection, and active listening during engagement activities.
- Facilitate strong relationships with local community members, leaders, and partner organizations.
- Coordinate volunteer recruitment, training, and appreciation efforts for various initiatives.
- Provide essential administrative support to the Community Engagement team, including scheduling, material preparation, and record-keeping.
- Represent Hiring.zycto professionally at community meetings, fairs, and other public events.
- Contribute to the evaluation of program effectiveness by assisting with data collection and report generation.
