Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with community members, local businesses, and organizations to promote Hiring.zycto’s initiatives and programs.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of community outreach events, workshops, and informational sessions.
  • Distribute promotional materials, flyers, and information packets to target audiences within Tsawwassen and Delta.
  • Collect feedback from community members through surveys, interviews, and informal discussions to inform program development.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, community contacts, and engagement metrics.
  • Support the creation of engaging content for social media, newsletters, and other communication channels.
  • Attend community meetings and events as a representative of Hiring.zycto.
  • Provide administrative support to the outreach team, including scheduling, data entry, and report preparation.
  • Identify new opportunities for community partnerships and engagement.
  • Contribute to an inclusive and welcoming environment for all community members.
