Key Responsibilities
- Perform various general labour duties as assigned, including cleaning, organizing, and moving materials.
- Assist skilled tradespersons or other team members with tasks as required.
- Operate basic machinery and tools safely and efficiently after proper training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Load and unload materials, supplies, and equipment manually or using appropriate tools.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or incidents promptly to supervision.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure project completion and operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labour, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks and skills.
