Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance programs, policies, and procedures related to audit, legal, and governance.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a compliance, audit, or legal role, preferably within a regulated industry.
- Strong understanding of UK legal and regulatory frameworks, particularly those relevant to corporate governance and financial conduct.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex regulations clearly.
