Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, macOS) and various software applications.
  • Perform routine maintenance, including system updates, virus removal, and data backups.
  • Assemble, upgrade, and repair computer components such as CPUs, RAM, hard drives, and motherboards.
  • Provide friendly and efficient technical support to clients, both on-site and remotely.
  • Document support activities, solutions, and procedures accurately.
  • Assist with network setup and basic connectivity troubleshooting.

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware components and their functions.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent foundational IT certifications.
