Key Responsibilities
- Greet residents and visitors warmly, providing an exceptional first impression.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and resident inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Oversee package and mail delivery, ensuring secure storage and timely distribution.
- Coordinate amenity bookings, maintenance requests, and various resident services.
- Monitor security systems and control access to the building, ensuring resident safety and privacy.
- Assist with move-ins and move-outs, providing information and support.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area.
- Liaise with building management and external vendors to resolve issues promptly.
- Provide local information, recommendations, and assistance with transportation or dining.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
