Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, high-touch concierge services to a diverse range of luxury clientele.
- Anticipate and fulfill client needs proactively, demonstrating exceptional foresight and discretion.

- Secure exclusive reservations for fine dining, cultural events, and other sought-after experiences.
- Offer expert local knowledge and recommendations for attractions, services, and hidden gems in Winnipeg and beyond.
- Manage incoming requests via phone, email, and in-person interactions with professionalism and efficiency.
