Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized, high-touch concierge services to a diverse range of luxury clientele.
  • Anticipate and fulfill client needs proactively, demonstrating exceptional foresight and discretion.
  • Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, private transportation, and high-end accommodation.
  • Secure exclusive reservations for fine dining, cultural events, and other sought-after experiences.
  • Offer expert local knowledge and recommendations for attractions, services, and hidden gems in Winnipeg and beyond.
  • Manage incoming requests via phone, email, and in-person interactions with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain a comprehensive network of contacts to facilitate access to premium services and experiences.
  • Handle sensitive information and personal requests with the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Resolve client issues and complaints with empathy, diplomacy, and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Maintain immaculate records of client preferences and service history to enhance future interactions.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure a cohesive and luxurious client journey.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury hospitality, concierge, or high-end client service role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proven ability to anticipate needs and deliver proactive, personalized service.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in managing complex schedules and multi-tasking effectively under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • In-depth knowledge of local attractions, dining, and cultural offerings in Winnipeg.
  • Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a significant asset.
  • Proficiency with modern office software and reservation systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working with VIP clients or high-net-worth individuals.
  • Membership in a professional concierge association.
  • Familiarity with CRM software for client management.
  • A second language (e.g., French, Mandarin) is highly desirable.
